Until now, carding products have been shipped both from the site in Belgium and from Albstadt. As of 1 December 2017, all logistics activities will be centralized at Groz-Beckert headquarters in Albstadt. As such Carding will benefit from Groz-Beckert's proven processes. For you as a customer, only your contact person will change, and you will be advised of the relevant contact details directly.
Deliveries which have been supplied from Deerlijk, Belgium, will be organized from Albstadt in the future. At the same time, the entire European sales administration will also be integrated in the structures of Groz-Beckert at the headquarters in Albstadt. This means that you will have central contacts who will be responsible for the entire distribution process. Another reason for this change is increasing card clothing demand, which we can now respond to by increasing our production capacity, thanks to the space these measures will free up.
In future, deliveries from Albstadt will benefit first and foremost from Groz-Beckert's existing logistics processes. The longstanding experience and broad logistics network will offer you benefits for the entire shipping process.
The centralization of the sales activities in Albstadt also guarantees customer service from a single source: Both the service workshop and sales are based at one site, which means that contacts for card clothing or special orders are bundled at one location. Our carding know-how is therefore being combined at the site in Albstadt to enable us to react quickly and individually to your inquiries and wishes.
